House Rules For Guests
Term and Conditions:

2. Loud Music/Noise/Disturbance

Please note:
Any violation will lead to Immediate Eviction without any refund and/or neighbours calling the cops.
Use of common areas of the building such as the Lobby, Terrace, Parking lot, Gym etc is strictly prohibited for all guests. The common areas are only for the PERMANENT RESIDENTS of the building. Disobedience of this rule will lead to Immediate Eviction of all guests from the premises without any refund for the unused nights or the Security Deposit. There might be additional penalties levied on the guests as decided solely by the Building Management and we, as hosts, will not be responsible or answerable in this matter.
General House Rules for Guests:
Minimum Penalty for Non-Observance of House Rules is Rs.5000. Decision on any further penalties will be taken solely by the Host and the Guests will be liable to pay it without any negotiations.
SHOWING ORIGINAL ID PROOFS OF ALL GUESTS IS MANDATORY. ELSE THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED. ALL FOREIGN PASSPORT HOLDERS MUST FILL THE FRRO FORM C(PROVIDED BY US) AND PROVIDE THEIR PHOTOS ALONG WITH PASSPORT AND VISA, AS REQUIRED BY INDIAN LAW.
ALL CONFIRMED GUESTS ARE GUESTS OF BLISS SERVICED APARTMENTS BRAND OF AURA ENTERPRISE/DIVINE ENTERPRISE/BLISS ENTERPRISE.
CHECK-IN TIME IS STRICLY 1:00 PM - KINDLY REACH THE PREMISES ONLY AT 1:00 PM OR LATER.THERE IS NO WAITING AREA IN THE BUILDING AS THE RECEPTION AREA IS ONLY FOR THE USE OF THE PERMANENT RESIDENTS OF THE BUILDING.
CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 AM - LATE CHECK-OUT WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE HOST IS CHARGEABLE AT RS.1000 PER HOUR.
HOUSE RULES :
1. Use of apartments – It is forbidden to use our apartments for PARTIES & GATHERINGS. It is also prohibited to PLAY MUSIC OR CONDUCT ILLEGAL/IMMORAL ACTIVITES (like PROSTITUTION etc) or USE ANY BANNED SUBSTANCES in the Apartment. Management reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of breach WITHOUT ANY REFUND OF ANY KIND. The Management of Bliss Enterprise/Aura Enterprise/Divine Enterprise/Bliss Serviced Apartments will ABSOLUTELY BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY and the Guests will be liable to face Penalty & Legal consequences in case of a breach. MAINTAINING THE DECORUM OF THESE RESIDENTIAL PREMISES IS COMPULSORY.
2. All linen and towels are changed before every Check In. In case of stay longer than 3 nights, all bed and bath linen would be washed and changed every 4th day.
3. Number of Occupants – You are responsible for ensuring that the apartment is not occupied by more people than stated in your booking. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to the apartment if we feel this condition is likely to be breached.
4. Check-in and Check-out – Check In time is 1pm and Check Out time is 11am. Guests are requested to adhere to these timings for the convenience of other guests. If there is any delay in vacating the apartment beyond the check out time a full day’s tariff will be charged to the guests. (Unless Early check-in or Late check out has been accommodated by the host)
5. Damage to Apartment – Guests are responsible for making good any damage to the apartment or its contents, which have occurred due to negligence, wilful damage or irresponsible behaviour on the part of those occupying the apartment. The cost of the repair or replacement must be agreed with, and paid to, us.
6. Termination by Us – We have the right to terminate a booking at any time on the grounds of abuse to staff, neighbours, mistreatment of the apartment or illegal/criminal activity on the part of those occupying the apartment.
7. Injury or Loss – We cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects howsoever arising at the accommodation. Neither We, nor our representatives, can be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, illness or failure of any public service supply. Guests are adviced to take care of their belongings and the safety of themselves and their children.
8. If there is a disruption of any essential services (Power, Water etc) at the premises, we(Hosts) will not be held responsible or accountable for it as it is beyond our control, although we will try our best to get the supply restored.
9. Guests are requested to not stand near an open window or lean out of it. It will be the guests' responsibility to ensure their own safety. Guests are advised to switch off the Geysers, Air-conditions, Gas Stove etc immediately after use.
10. Rights of Access – Access to the Apartment is not exclusive to the Guest. Authorised staff of the Management has the right of access to the Apartment. Our representatives & subcontractors have the right of access to the property at any time, with due regard to the convenience of You, for the purpose of inspection of the property & to carry out any essential repair or maintenance work.
11. Pets – Regrettably no pets of any kind are permitted under any circumstances. Guests are liable for any infringement of this rule.
12. Information – All information supplied by Us, is given in good faith and is based on information available at the time. All reasonable measures have been taken to ensure the accuracy of any statement made either in writing or otherwise, but We are not liable for any variation however caused. All facilities and services are subject to change at the discretion of the Management.
13. Force Majeure – We will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or we are unable to perform our contractual obligations as a result of events beyond our reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labour disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, and adverse weather conditions.
14. Car Parking (IF PROVIDED) inside or outside the building premises will be at GUEST'S OWN RISK. WE (AS HOSTS) ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.
15. The Right to the ownership of the property lies totally and unconditionally with us (HOSTS) as the MANAGEMENT. The guests or their family, relatives, friends, office colleagues, business associates, suppliers, clients, vendors etc have absolutely NO RIGHT on the property in any way whatsoever. Any agreement, understanding or dealing that the guests might have with anyone will have absolutely no legal/financial/any other kind of bearing on us(HOSTS) or the property provided by us solely for the purpose of accommodation.
16. For the protection of environment, Guests are advised to switch off all the electronic equipments and appliances except door bell, when not in use. Guests are also advised to save water. Management reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of breach.
17. If required by the guests, meals can be prepared at additional fee. THIS SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILIBILITY.
18. Submission of Guest Registration Form and providing True/Accurate information is a mandatory requirement as per the Management of "Bliss Serviced Apartments" brand of "Divine Enterprise" Mumbai as well as Local Law Authorities.
19. Electricity Bill FUP per month is: Rs. 3000 for a 1BHK apartment/ Rs. 5000 for a 2BHK apartment/ Rs. 6000 for a 3BHK apartment
Anything over and above this amount will have to be paid by the guests.
This applies to reservations that are for 28 or more days ONLY.
20. THERE IS NO REFUND ON CANCELLATION/SHORTENED STAY/NO SHOW/ by the guests. The guest is bound to make the payment for the remaining unused days and the Host reserves the right to confiscate the Security Deposit.
21. Visitors are STRICTLY not allowed. In case of any emergency or medical situations, we might allow some family members subject to a pre-approval, submission of IDs of the guests and the an assurance that the visitors will leave the premises by 10 pm in the night. This exception will solely be at our discretion as hosts and our decision to allow/disallow visitors in any situation will be totally binding, non negotiable and not open to any discussion.
